I did my undergraduate research from Sep 2003 to June 2004 in Felsenstein / Kuher lab at Genome Departement in University of Washington.
My mentor Professor Mary Kuhner directed my work on "KAllele model" and "MixedKS model" for microsatelite with Lamarc software package.
